Pu-erh Tea Pu-erh is renowned for its medicinal qualities. Unlike other teas, Pu-erh's quality and taste improves with age. It's taste is often described as earthy but some very well aged Pu-erh produce cups of incredibly smooth and wonderfully complex beverage.
Nice flavor and mellow. I hope this block will improve with additional age. We shall see.

This tea is too green for me-so Ill be roasting this til its at the last stage of mellowness and peach flavor-roasting with moisture many times ending dry so it doesnt grow mold in storage-I did cook another green one and it did taste OK will roast it more ......later on have enough tea to sip for now-this is a good tea to learn oven roasting methods with-once you get it down use the method on other green virgin tea cakes-Happy Peach nectar! This Pu-Erh "Sheng" style has a unique taste in that it is smooth, slightly astringent, and leaves a remarkable aftertaste in the mouth. I wonder how the flavor will age over the years...
Would recommend this.

This tea is still very young but I believe in its potential. Nice floral aroma, strong qi. First fusions are somewhat bitter, but with sweet aftertaste. Its easy to get more than 7 infusions out of it.
