Pu-erh Tea Pu-erh is renowned for its medicinal qualities. Unlike other teas, Pu-erh's quality and taste improves with age. It's taste is often described as earthy but some very well aged Pu-erh produce cups of incredibly smooth and wonderfully complex beverage.
This is a fascinating product and makes many, many cups. For those interested in trying everything, here´s an oddity for the lifelist.

This is the closest thing to coffee that I have tasted. I found that I needed to splash a little hot water over the paste in the pot and throw it away before making the brew, on the occasion that I didn’t the effect was similar to a cup of filter coffee that had not been filtered. This appears to give me a good caffeine boost in the mornings!
