    DescriptionRating & ReviewBrewing GuideRecommendations
Lao Bai Cha Bing, which means "Old Aged White Tea Cake" was compressed using Shou Mei tea leaves that had been aged for at least ten years. The tea leaves originated from Fuding County and were transported to Yunnan Province to be pressed into cake or brick form. This was to ensure that the best quality tea leaves were used in combination with the best tea cake pressing skill. Aged white tea is rare - most people prefer it fresh and many are not even aware that white tea can be aged like Pu-erh tea. Aging makes the tea texture become smoother. Only a thousand pieces of Lao Bai Cha Bing were produced.
