My favorite daily tea. I´m a regular green tea (Chinese) tea drinker and on special occasions prefer to drink an expensive Imperial Dragon Well from Imperial Tea Court in San Francisco. But, for the best ´second´ and not so expensive tea I enjoy and recommend (highly) Lu Shan Yun Wu. Daniel tell me this is a fine organic tea and so far it´s been my daily drink of choice. Light, sweet after taste and a pure delightful tea.

Small, twisty dark green leaves with a nutty brewed aroma and pale green colour. Tastes sweet, and somewhat like spinach, green beans and nuts. Fresh and lively, sweet and nutty – very tasty and delicious!

Excellent tea. Nice and subtle taste. A taste of mildness.

Very little "seaweed taste" and very low tannins make this a mild but curiously provocative green tea. An excellent overall tea that is very distinguishable from Japanese varieties. The leaves have a barely noticeable apricot flavor which lends itself well to the inherent sweetness of these tender leaves.

This tea is subtle and should only be brewed according to the method (forgot the Chinese term) advised on the information page on this website. If brewed this way is has a kind of yam like taste which is quite pleasant and it gives a smooth drink.
