tea is okay. . |

Very good, but not quite outstanding long jing. The flavor and aroma are classic long jing, but not quite up to the price or packaging. |
David (2/10/2010) |
Very good cup of tea , I really like it , very smooth and refreshing taste.
I hope you have small packages of Lion and Tribute Xi Hu long Jing, and also white tea , silver needle so I can buy as a sample to taste .

It´s a tea that when you learn how to prepare it properly reveals you a very long lasting nutty flavor. In conclusion an excellent tea. |

This is an incredible tea. Definitely one I set aside for when I can enjoy it. It takes everything I like about the less expensive long jing and amplifies it. I used to think I would not be able to tell the difference, but it is in the complexity of the flavor. |

Another one of my favourties from TeaSpring. Wonderful taste, and you can tell from the leaves they´ve been handled with care. |
David (10/4/2009) |
è il mio tea verde preferito. particolarmente rinfrescante. Dopo la prima infusione che controllo in temperatura e tempo con molta precisione, le seguenti non temono qualche disattenzione. ottimo. |

Frankly I had some other long jing´s from teaspring.com (and from other places) which were much better than this one, considering the price. |

Jing pin grade : This is as good as it gets for a Long Jing. Instead of the classig strong taste of roasted chestnut, you get a brisk, sweet, subtle tea with a lingering floral aftertaste and absolutely no bitterness. Many broken leaves, though, but I think the impact on the taste is negligible. I recommend using a small teaspoon in a preheated tall glass. Use water around 85°C. After about 10 minutes, when the leaves have sunken, the liquid become vibrant with promising aromas ! |

Wouw, this is the best Long Jing tea I ever tasted. Superb. |

Wow. Thank you for sharing this beautiful terroir with the U.S. We were blown away. Not by the power. Other superior grade longjing we have found to be stronger. The color looked neon compared to a superior grade organic lung ching of which we are very fond. All of the leaves are of uniform length. The smell is delicate and certainly not over cooked. This AAA Xi Hu was like a concentrated potion. In perfect balance. The woody/chestnut notes more rounded, polished and integrated than others we have sampled. There is a creamy fullness that is also counterbalanced by the slightest most refined tannin. The tender aromas don´t begin to hint and the potential of this tea on the finish. It is very sweet but not overly so. There is a hint of earth. It lingers longer than any fine wine we have ever drunk. Good for 4 infusions. Our favorites were 1,2 and 4. We will make one pot per month to stretch the 50g over the year. Very very excellent. Thanks again. Mike and Traci. |

Tried the A grade and have to say, a bit disappointed. Lack the aftertaste I´m looking for. And the Lion XiHu variant is much better ! |

A very great Long Jing, absolutely the best I have ever seen and tasted. |
Luciano (5/15/2008) |
I had the grade A which I rate good ; I´m sure the grade AAA and Jing Pin are excellent. |
Michael (5/2/2008) |
AAA grade: Good, but not as good as I’d expect for the high price. Less of the fresh taste that accompanies the Emperor and Lion brands, and more of the classic nutty flavor that you can get in much cheaper longjings. Not sure I’d shell out as much money again. |
Elliot (11/5/2007) |
It brews a very good cup of classic dragon well for everyday drinking. FRESH !!! |

Recommended to everyone. A treat for everyone who knows about tea. |

Grade A - great taste and aroma. Well worth the money. I plan on trying Grade AAA very shortly. |

I am extremely confused regarding this tea. I tried infusing it eight different ways to Sunday and I could not get any flavor out of it. It looks great, the rep is obviously historic and the other reviews are mostly glowing . . . and I’ve got nothing to say because there was nothing in my cup. Given the tea’s history I almost have to question my own taste buds, except they seem to be functioning normally. Like I say, confused. |

Unforgetable scent and taste~~ Quaranty from quality company!! |

Super Long Jing with sweet, rich and creamy flavor. |
mark (5/25/2007) |
I got the "A" grade. It really is quite good, it’s more aromatic, smooth, and subtly complex than regular lower grade Long Jing’s. It’s nothing that makes me stand up and say "WOW!", but the higher grades may well do so. I do plan on buying the higher grades, but will have to save those for special occasions. This would be a great one to introduce people to how good the green teas can be, though. |
Adrian (5/12/2007) |
I can see why it is considered one of the finest teas-it is excellent. |
George (5/7/2007) |
Excellent packaging; pretty good but not exceptional Long Jing. The leaves are thin and green, and the aroma is pleasant, but not very complex. |

I have tea at my desk for quite a few of my colleagues. We all LOVED this tea! |
Margaret (3/5/2007) |
This is truly wonderful tea, and a tribute to the growers, processors, and yourself. The flavor is delicate, with all the characteristics of a superb green tea. The color and liquor are outstanding. |

Grade (AAA) - for those special occasions. Comes in a great looking box too, which makes it a nice present for someone who appreciates good tea. |

Grade A - Very fresh and light flavor. |
FRANCO (12/12/2006) |
Very fruity and fresh taste. Hints of citrus and the obvious nutty long jing taste...one of the bests I have ever tried. |

Wow! Light and pure. Light a Dr.Dolkar tibetan incense and you are ready to enjoy. Definately for special occasions. |

AAA...a very exciting Long Jing (LJ) offering from TeaSpring. You are virtually on top of the LJ world when you have this rare selection. The first impression is visual, the leaf sets are stunning, uniform, pale yellowish green...a beautiful sight to behold and you can tell instantly that utmost care went into the production of this leaf. The flavor and aroma are light but unquestionably outstanding and pure!!! I enjoy every aspect of this LJ every time I am privledged to have it. |
