A very good Long Jing tea. Clean and refreshing with a light after-taste. |

When opened the bag seeing the darker color of the leaves, I supected that it properly could have been burned in the process of fanfrying. By smelling it , it confirmed my belive. After brewing the tea, the feshnnes of the tea could not cover the burning smell of the over Pan frying of the tea. It should not be sold as high quality Dragon Well. I encounter the same problem with the Zhu Ye Qin. Two major disappointments of the 2006 the Spring Green Tea. |

If it has a little less bird tongue or loose tea leave, it will be an perfect Long Jing for me. All all excellent. Waiting for the 2006 harvest. |

Great tea!!! Doesn’t have the nutty flavor fake Long Jing usually have, but an orchid and sap taste with a touch of peach. |
