Shipping & Delivery
Our teas are guaranteed fresh as we ship directly to you from China.
Orders placed are usually shipped within four business days. We pack the tea leaves to order to ensure they do not lose its fragrance.
We offer two types of shippping method:
Standard Shipping rate is flat charge of $3.80 to any destination in the world.
Every orders totaling $70 and above will be shipped free of charge. Orders
usually take 7 to 14 days to arrive.
Express Shipping rate is calculated based on weight and destination.
Orders usually take 5 to 7 days to arrive.
1. During holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed.
2. We do not ship on holidays and Sunday.
3. All orders from the US are shipped by USPS.
Waiver of Signature
A "Waiver of Signature" authorizes delivery of the package at the carrierís discretion (if area is secured and protected from weather)
without obtaining the recipientís signature. This option can be selected during checkout of your order. However, please note
that we will not be responsible if the package is lost or damaged if this option is selected.
We will inform you via email as soon as your package is shipped.
Up-to-date tracking of delivery status is only available with Express Shipping. Instructions will be provided in the notification email.

Late or Lost Orders
In the event that an order shipped using Standard Shipping is late, there is a 45 days
waiting period from notification to Teaspring before the order is considered
officially "lost". Usually, these delays are attributed to the customs process
and are beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee your satisfaction with all TeaSpring merchandise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied,
please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a return and refund of your money.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
We can refund shipping costs and any costs incurred in the return only if the return is a result of our error.
All parcels will be sent as registered shipping if the "Signature of Waiver" option was not selected during checkout.
If no-one is available to sign for the delivery, the parcel will be taken to the local post office for collection.
If the parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified in the delivery attempt card, or as per your
local postal service's policy, it will be returned to us.
In the event of Non Collection we reserve the right to apply a $5.00 administration fee and
charge the full shipping cost. Calculation of full shipping cost will be based on the country and weight as per the details below:
